you can use model in place to create a tapered steel girder. I have used several times in trying to represent existing butler type buildings. You could create a family with adjustable legs and such I'm not sure how difficult it would be to get engineering data from it that is moment of inertia etc.

Attached please find a limited version of the beam you may be looking for this was made in Revit Structure as a Generic Family 2010, it took me about 30 minutes to make it. Unfortunately for you it is Imperial but about the same size you were looking for.

I didn't try to insert it into a project I'll leave that up to you. you may want to remake it or model it in place instead of a family.

There is a bunch of ways to create that beam. It all depends on how many times you are going to use this type of beam and if you need to use the analytical side of Revit. If you only need a couple of them you can creat and in place mass and give it the correct family category to show up correctly in your drawings.

Looks like you are using standard beam with trimed bottom flange each end. You can use your stamdard beam in place, then cut section parallel to beam, draw in reference line and trim using the cut geomety tool. You would have to do this for each beam location at each end, If you only have a few tapered beams this might be the easy way out. If you have more than a few, I would go with the making a tapered beam famliy.
