Hello,
Does anyone know of away to draw a 3D helix in revit structural?

The railing tool is the only way to get an accurate helix representation. You could also do it by segments but not as neat... Of course you'll need to create a stair host for the railing first as well then set the stair to a workset that's off in all views...
Alternatively - model it in another program and import it in, this has been my method previously...
