I got this eror ID, and I was wondering if anyone knew what it is? Or where I can go to find out what it means? ID 146974 ID 146984 I was trying to create my own family of windows for the first time, and I loaded it into a new project, and tried to insert that window into a new wall, and this is the error number I got. Thanks

Those ID numbers you see are called Element ID. That is a numberic value Revit assigns to every single element inside your Revit file, be it 2d or 3D, system or loadable. Each item gets a unique ID so it can be identified inside the database and you can use that number to isolate the offending elements in your model. Look at "Selecting Elements by ID Number" in your help file.
