Can anyone recomend a way, (ideally free) using existing MS office software / other 3rd party app / web resources to build a survey?I'm looking to poll our office for their personal (ideally confidential) self-assesment of proficieny in our design software pacakges so that I can develop a report to our directors that will (hopefully) encourage them to invest time (and money) into staff training.
