You want to do this because ...? ... it doesn't exist at that level? Read your HELP:> Resizing Datum Extent Controls You can set the 3D extent of columns so that they appear only in crossing views. Otherwise, in a view that does show the grid, you can adjust the 2D extent in that view.

go to an elevation where you can see the gridline and shorten the gridline to just above and below the level you want to see it. That should do the trick.

You could also put it on a workset that is shut off in all views.

PERFECT (SOLUTION FOUND) INITALLY MY PROBLEM IS U KNOW IF THE GRID LINE IS NOT PERENDUCLAR TO THE VIEW ARROW YOU WONT SEE IT IN ELEVATION http://designreform.net/2008/05/revit-missing-grids-in-elevation/ THIS SHOW YOU THE IDEA OF MY PROBLEM BUT MY ALTERNATIVE SOLUTION IS TO CREAT A GRID WITH OUT A BUBBLE AND SHORTEN THE LINE SO SORT THAT U CANT SEE IT ON ANY LEVEL THEN USE IT AT THE INTERSECTION OF THE WALL AND THE NONE PERPENDUCLAR GRID AND USE ANNOTATION TEXT THAT WILL TAKE PLACE NO THE ELEVATION VIEW

That is a creative solution. I have had a similar issue but I just created a Generic Annotation to place in elevation views. I then added a Ref plane at each of the oblique grid intersections, but perpendicular to my elevation view. Then I placed the Generic annotation on the elevation at the ref plane locations.
