I am trying to use the auto ceiling tool in 2010, and the purple line highlights a room, but the ceiling will not form.  This is not happening to my coworkers - is it a glitch in the program?  I've never had any trouble with ceilings before; maybe I'm missing something obvious?

It's working fine, create a 3D view and a section view then check if you have your ceiling....

Thanks Typhoon.  I tried your suggestion (and was embarassed to think I missed something so obvious) but it really does seem like the ceilings are not "taking".  If I sketch the ceiling wall by wall it works, but not with the auto ceiling tool.
