many of my door and window mullions are not showing up in my plans, once inserted. scrolling over them to highlight them reveals that they are still there, they just don't show up. It's almost as if I were cutting through teh object exactly at teh level of a horizontal mullion, but I am not. Years ago we built some nice parametric doors and windows and they are working quite well, but for this project we had a number of special conditions, for which we built special case window and door assemblies which are pretty "dumb" and variously include sweeps and extrusions for mullions. Most, but not all of the new assemblies have phantom mullions. Does anyone have any idea what i'm doing wrong?

This would be a family problem and without looking at the family, we can only guess. - Is the mullion setup to show in plan?
- Is the element set to be shown when cut?
I suspect that you are using symbollic linework in plan views rather than using the model elements.
