All of the mullions that I insert on my curtain wall gridlines are divided in the mid span. Even my doors inserted show a division in the middle. What am I doing wrong? It doesnt seem that there are hidden grids at the mid points.

Not sure what you are asking. Mullions are placed according to their properties: Dimensions Width on side 2 Sets the width of side 2. If you have a loaded a custom profile, this value is calculated from the mullion profile. Width on side 1 Sets the width of side 1. If you have a loaded a custom profile, this value is calculated from the mullion profile. ...you wrote "Even my doors inserted show a division in the middle."... Doesn't make sense. Yes - A CW door has a reference plane in the middle.

Your elevation (not section) that you posted don't show me anything. They look ok and they don't show a door. Perhaps if you add some notes about where you are having a problem and be more descriptive than "... All of the mullions that I insert on my curtain wall gridlines are divided in the mid span. "

I have attached elevations showing the mullion "sections". I circled a few of them so you can see what I'm talking about. Notice the doors have also been divided.

Thanks, now we can understand the question. Look at your material settings for what you have assigned to your CW mullions and door. I believe this is a surface pattern in that material.

That was it. Thanks a lot. I would never have thought of that.

Glad I helped. As you can see, your original question was very miss-leading. You thought there was a "split" in your mullions and that really tracked us in the wrong direction. The image was the key to understanding the problem.
