How do i model or find a Door with adjustable opening precent in the 3D window.
All familes that support adjustable door dont change in 3d....

To model (easiest way to avoid errors and over complicating):
Create an adjustable door panel (as a generic model) with all the required parameters. Nest it into another generic model family, link all the parameters and add a rotation parameter. Make sure you setup the origin to be at the hinge.
Now load this into your door family, link the parameters and constrain the hinging point to an appropriate reference plane.
You don't necessarily have to use this double nesting method but it avoids problems with constraining elements to the wrong things.
