RST 2011 Where a continuous footing meets with an isolated pad, the lines kind of overlap. All the elevations are correct and I have done join geometry, which didn't do anything. I want the footing lines to be continuous. How can I make this happen?

It's been a while since I've made any footings, but here is what I can remember: Top of footing has to be exactly the same. Sometimes you have to use join geometry (sounds like you've done both of those) and if I recall correctly, the material needs to be the same.

davidlowery, I think you are seeing lines where the continuous footing meets the isolated pad because the thickness of the isolated pad is greater than the thickness of the continuous footing. When the thickness of the isolated and continous footings are the same the lines to not show up where the two meet.
