I'll start off by saying that im a train nut, and always have been. Anyway I was doing some resarch on the Michigan Central Station in Detroit, MI and came across this article in the Railway Age Gazzet from Januray 9, 1914. Just thought it would be intresting to share this as they do talk about the construction of the station and also included in the article are a few of the orginal architectual drawings, which also happen to include dimensons too. http://www.michiganrailroads.com/RRHX/imagesRRHX/PDFs/MichiganCentralRailroadStationAtDetroit%5BRailwayAgeGazette010914%5D.pdf And here's the wiki on the station incase your not familiar with it- http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Michigan_Central_Station Just thought it would be intresting to see if a model of the station could be done in Revit.
