What is the best way to make this concrete pilaster (attachment is a 3d solid from autocad). Can the pilaster intersect and remove 2" from the 8" concrete wall? Or should I create a separate 6" wall beside the pilaster? I am open to other suggestions as I am fairly new to Revit.

You could use an architectural column. It will assume the materials of the wall.

I should clarify that it's not the Pilaster itself that I am curious about. It's the wall portion next to it.

You could drop an in-place void family in that location to cut the wall. NOTE: a short thinner wall could be problematic because you are at a corner ... hard to clean up properly sometimes. Might try it first though so you can see the consquences in plan (line) and elevation (line).

I made a void, using Model Component in Place, there is no Void Family Category, so I made it part of Structural Foundations, and called it Void 1. The void was a success, but can I copy it to all the other locations on the model where it applies? It seems I can copy it , but I can't use it to cut the wall again. I don't want to have to do the same process over and over again.

You can set the category for any in-place family including voids and I suggest you make this one walls. Each time you copy this void, you will have to reset it to cut the new wall at that location. BUT - there is a better answer. You did not say you had multiple locations. In-place families are best used for single or maybe two locations. Otherwise, you should create a family. In this case, you could create a wall hosted void or a face hosted void and place that family at each of your locations. (I prfer face hosted void familes that are fully parametric because I can use them in son many different locations. Floors - ceilings - walls - counters.
