Hi everyone, I'm trying to make a curtain system from a mass shape for the first time and I'm running into a little bit of a problem. I imported the mass from rhino fine, but when I started making the surfaces into my custom panel I ran into a few issues. About half of the faces converted to the custom panel fine. The other half gave a "can't make type" error and replaced the custom panel with the typical glazing panel. I'm assuming this means there is something wrong with the custom panel I created, but I don't know what the issue is. I'm using Revit 2011 on a Windows 64 bit machine. Any help you could offer would be great. I've attached an image of the project and also the file for the custom panel. Thank you, Michelle

You need to create your panel using the curtain panel template and don't add controlling dimensions. The reference planes in that template will control your panel.
