Not sure what you're asking about - sides that curve? Make it with the floor tool, sketch it to any 2d plan shape you like, add a slope arrow for drainage.

Thank you, I'll give it a try, I'm not up to speed on family creation, or I would make one and post it...

Why do you need to make it a family?, Just use the 'Floor' tool to make the apron.

In our area, the sides must "warp" from the ramp to level grade to avoid a tripping hazars much like a corner handicapped ramp for sidewalk crosswalks.

You can create a a new sweep profile family to the shape you are after and use it as a floor edge sweep if it's on a level edge. If it's on a sloped edge you need to use 'Create' to make a solid sweep using the floor edge for the path (select it from 3d or elevation / section view) and assign the profile.
Here is a simple family you can use.
When applying these families I'm not sure why I need to mirror the profile to get it to work right on the sloped edge (Create). But this is the profile that works.

This profile works for the floor edge sweep (level floor edge)
EDIT - Adjust the profile parameters to meet your needs.

One other good option here, and probably your best, is to build your slab using the Roof tool, then you will be able to use the Host Sweep / Roof Facia tool for your curb sweep - using the same profile as posted above for the floor edge sweep (or your own). The roof facia sweep will follow a sloped edge.
