Good evening/afternoon! I've been banging my head trying to figure out the best way to go about creating this roof feature. Basically just an added roof structure "under" a Gable End. See attached image. Thanks again! MH

That looks more like a dutch gable than an 'eyebrow' roof. Do it with two roofs, both by footprint but 45 degree two of the corners of the small roof as seen in the attached image. Then use 'Join Geometry' to get the cleanup effect at intersections.
