A person in my office noticed something quite queer with how Revit was placing Views on Sheets. The Project is a Large Project with 40 Sheets. They are labelled from 2000 to 3000. For some reason when she would drag a view on to a sheet, revit would assign the View label reference to sheet 2400 even if the view was on 2331. Scenario: Section on plan on sheet 2145. Section detail gets put on Sheet 2331. View title on Sheet says A/2400. Troubleshooting: 1. Double Checked the view title tag family for errors. Seemed OK. 2. Went in to the element properties of the view. The Referece field to which 2400 was visible could not be adjusted. It was at half tone. 3. Tried deleting the view and replacing it on the sheet. Same error. 4. Tried creating a new view and placing it on the sheet. Same error. Ideas? Revit Structure 2010
