I have created a custom template with our standard office settings and family objects we have created. When we get a new version of Revit I have been using the same template file and just doing a save as. I would like to use the new template that comes with each successive version but this also comes with family objects I do not want. I have tried using the transfer project standards command but this still requires a lot of clean up afterwards. Any similar problems or suggestions? Does anyone else use a custom template?
