I am trying to align the vanity sink with the interior wall. Can anyone provide any instructions on how to to do this in Revit Architecture 2010.

Need more info. Is the vanity a default family? Are you having trouble getting an alignment point or are you simply asking how to align it. To align an object select the ALIGN tool or type AL, then select the face of the wall, then select the plane on the family to align.

You may have to use your tab key over the family to find the plane you want to align.
