that is totally outrageous..

if i ever seen revit behaving like that- i would go

straight to add/remove programs and put that

installation of revit out of its misery and reinstall

it..

The first line of defense for anything like this in NOT to reinstall the software but go 'straight to your authorized autodesk reseller' and report it. They get a big chunk of your money when you dish out the big bucks for REVIT. This is exactly what you pay them for. They have a direct line to the autodesk tech support people who manage and track all known issues in real time. Send your posted image to them and they will definately deal with it.

 

If you came across this software without the means of an authorized autodesk reseller then you may be out of luck.
