We have a mesh metal material as an interior finish. I happen to notice the front image when we fire Revit is close to that effect. Anyone know how to set up this material?

Did you look at the meshes in the material library? You can change the scale of the patterns if needed in the material setup, so what may have been an 18" square pattern you might change to 36" square thus the holes are twice as large.
