I am very new to Revit MEP and we are working on a project where the designer started the project and never really made any systems just drew pipes manually.  I have gone through and added most of the equipment to systems now but the piping and fittings still show on default systems and not the systems I made which are connected to them.

Is there an easy way to merge fittings and pipes that are on default systems to the new systems?

 Sincerely,KHeinz

It is clear that nobody really knows revit that deep. I wonder why there is no one from the revit programmers team answering these questions. Pipe work in revit is a shity thing, and it costs 5000 dollars. Why a simple elbow doesn't match the size of the pipes? COME ON REVIT GUYS, GIVE AN ANSWER! DONT HIDE YOUR HEADS IN THE SAND.

Have you looked into some of the YouTube techniques. Not sure you will find what you need there, but I found some good info on Electrical there.
