I am creating new annotation symbols, level heads, door tags etc.
I have found that if I create the text last, the text masks the geometry of the surrounding tag box or in the case of level heads, if I put them too close together they obscure eachother. Is there anyway to reduce this mask size or send the text to the back. I can't find a reference to this anywhere.
Any help would be appreciated.
Also, is there anyway to make the text in annotations all in capitals?

1. Make the text background transparent as opposed to opaque. You cannot adjust the masking, but you can turn it off.
2. Type it in capitals or use a font that is all capitals...
HTH.

Saying the documentation help is light is a complement, AutoDesk help menus are virtually non-existant, helpless.
If it wasnt for these forums, they woudl be out of businuess. I really miss all the hard copy documentation from Autocad Release 12
