hi guys 

 im trying to create my own families and adaptive component stuff but the problem is when i click the new conceptual mass button i cant find any metric templates all i have are the imperial ones, ive found that link to the autodesk website 

http://usa.autodesk.com/adsk/servlet/item?siteID=123112&id=14973523 i download the uk and uk cab files but i dont get the family rft files :S does anybody know how i can get them ???

I am facing the same problem with revit 2014. The family template folders are empty. I have reinstalled revit 4 times but it doesn't do anything. Does anybody have a link to download the family creation templates?

ARe you sure you are looking in the correct place?  Search your drive for the family extension and see if they were installed somewhere else, then reset your pointer under the Revit R dropdown.
