CURRENTLY I AM PRINTING SOME DWGS FROM REVIT TO PDF. BUT THE SECTION CUT SYMBOLS WILL NOT PRINT BLACK. IS THERE A WAY TO CHANGE THE COLOR OF THE SYMBOL FROM BLUE TO BLACK?

The blue indicates the view is not placed on a sheet.  Place it on a sheet and it will turn black.  Otherwise, this is a system setting and I don't believe you can change it.

BTW - In the print setup, you can choose not to print these at all since there is no references....

Now I understand what you are asking.  For almost everybody, when we print revit to PDF or printer in B&W or in color, the blue section cuts (views on sheets) always print black even though they are blue on the screen.  I did see where someone else asked this question but I only saw it once and I did not see where anybody had an answer. ....
