Here are the Shortcut keys I always create when working in Revit, I do a lot of work with Families so some have to do with the Family Editor, and there is one that is specific to RMEP(connect into). Some of the letter combination might not be the most intuitive, but I wanted to make sure I had NO conflicts with existing shortcuts. - Manage Links ML
This will bring up the manage link dialog so you work with both Revit and CAD files. - Synchronize Now SY
Preforms the Synchronize with Central Now command to update your central file with the current Synchronize Settings. - Spelling SG
Check spelling in a selection set or in the current view. - ViewCube VC - (This one comes in handy on the laptop...)
Toggles the ViewCube on and off to conserve space in the modeling area. - Review Warnings WL
Opens the Warnings dialog so you can check for problems in your model.

In Revit 2011 I was able to add keyboard shortcuts to finish and cancel in-place models. Since switching to Revit 2012 a couple of weeks ago I have not been able to restore this functionality. Any tips? I use "FF" as the shortcut for every type of Finish - anytime there's a green check in the ribbon. Similarly, I use "XX" as the shortcut for every type of cancel. I'm attaching my keyboard shortcuts as an excel file. Any help would be much appreciated!

You can always just hit "K" then hit enter to bring up the "make your own shortcut" interface. I made SC for save to central, DC for detail component, FF filled region, etc
