I'm trying to create a scope box and when I pick the two corners it does not show up. I have checked visibiltity under annotation tab and scope box is checked. I'm not sure were else to look, are what to look for.

Go to a 3D view and check if you can see that scope box, then drag the top blue arrows until you can see the S.B. in your plan view

Thanks I tried it and I can see it in the 3-D and have stretched it in all directions without any luck of seeing it in the plan view. I have the two views tiled on the screne.

Did you check if you have that Scope box hidden? check in "Reveal hidden Elements", also in 3D view select the S.B. and go to properties > Edit, select the view you want then turn "Visible"

I have checked the following 1-It is not hidden-I have revealed all objects. 2-I have gone to 3-D and checked properties to determine if the views was visible and it is Still not able to see it in the floor plan.

I'm experiencing this issue too. I've deleted the misbehaving scope boxes and recreated them. They show up then. But after some time, they dissappear again. All relevant visibility options are set: workset is visible, it's visible through visibility settings, its not hiddent in view, there are no filters applied, view plane is within it's extents. No luck. Did you ever figure this out (5 years ago!).

Nevermind...I figured it out by recreating the boxes and exaggerating the 3D extents. Derf.

I had the similar issue, but the reason was that my section cut was pinned to the view. check if it is pinned or not!

I had the same issue of Scope Box disappearing... It is visible in 3D and I double chekced it is set to visible in under "Views Visible" in the view name I want. My last solution was to override and set ti "visible".
