How I can take material/volume schedule in 'Building Pad', this is quite important as in the land engineering process we do re-structure the land area, adding lot of material to make the area strong.As a one shot if we can go schedule for building pads it saves lots of our time.My question is this feature is already there, if let me know which version. i use Revit Architecture 2010 - Hashir -

You can use the pad tool to cut the topo then create a "slab" on top of that that is your base material and schedule that.

If you are referring to building pads as altering topography, as engineering would normally this is availabe in Revit although it is a little tricky. Follow your help menu very carefully "Graded Region". Review Cut and Fill volumes on a site these can be reported in a cut and fill schedule.
