Hi all, I have manually changed lineweights in some of my views to make walls appear a bit thicker using the 'lw' shortcut). I now need to make parts of this plan halftone, but when i do this the lines that i manually changed do not become halftone. Is there a way to reset the lineweights back the their original form? Thanks

You can use the LineWork tool and choose the 'by category' setting to change a linework over-ride back to the original category display. However if you wish to change all over-rides in a view back to by category this could be time consuming. Since all over-rides are view specific, if you duplicate the view with detailing, you will get an exact copy but it will be void of any view specific over-rides. When deciding graphic display choices in Revit in the future you should think about a pecking order of options. I tend to think of them in this order. 1. Object Styles 2. Category Over-ride 3. Filter 4. Object over-ride 5 Linework tool
