Hi,
I have drawn 2 buildings each on a separate file. I have then linked one of the buildings onto the other.
In the new drawing file, the linked building is a block and i cannot ammend anything. The only way i can ammend things is to close the file and open the existing building.
Is there anyway i can change the properties / settings of the linked file so i can ammend them??
Many thanks

No you cannot edit a linked file except for in its host file.
You could start two sessions of revit and open the file in the other session so you can switch between them... (although its not recommended by the factory, however i've never had any problems with it).
