im attempting to create a plenum space, using a linked revit model. I created a plenum level, and set its view depth appropriately. when i create the space, for some reason it's finding the boundaries for rooms located on the floor above the plenum. Ive checked view depth properties and verified the levels in sections. I'm not having this problem creating other spaces on other levels, so I'm not sure where the problem lies. one question though - if this project is to use a ceiling as a plenum, does the architectural model also need to have the plenum space defined as a room? thanks

Nevermind...found the culprit - fwiw under the type properties for the plenum level, i unchecked automatic room height computation.

Inner space is not surrounded by outer space with higher height. |
