First of all let me say that U guys have a great place here. U sure got one more follower here Since am newbie in this and would like to print some basic floor plans I copy them to sheet. However the only template i have is size A3 and no metter what settings I use, current view, portrait or landscape, zoom in 100% or even 10% ( I aslo tried those in between ) i get some hairy lines an my drawings are half visible. Like when Ur missing inc, My home printer can only write A4 so after few hours of trying to figure this out i conculded that the only thing that is messing it up is wrong sheet size when creating new sheet. My question is this : How do I make like basic, standard A4 sheet template ? I only need those drawings for school purposes not for some major buidlings Thanks in advance Regards from Bosnia

The easiest way is to take a sheet template that you like and modify the size. Revit treats the limits of this titleblock as your sheet size and those limits are usually invisible lines.

Thanks for the answer. I kind of understand that but I just have ONE A3 template when things are loaded. if I mark that while vieweing a sheet and then click edit instance, edit type or even edit family I get to the right meny where those properties are stored. The only thing that I dont find is where to change from A3 to A4.

A sheet is just another family. Edit your sheet within the limits of the size you want and do a save as with a different name. After you do the save as <New name> then simply click the "Load into project" and this new sheet will now be available in the project. When you print, you will have to also select the sheet size you are printing to in the printer setup.

So what Ur saying is that i should grab boundary lines and place them so that they match 210x 297 (A4 dimensions) and save it as something else then A3, if I got U right ?
