We do a lot of Tilt buildings at our company. I have been searching for information on creating bearing pockets for joist and joist girders in our panels and can't find anything in Revit or any forums. Bearing pockets aren't unusual. I've tried creating my own with no luck. Does any body have anything to share? Tilt jobs typicaly will have hundreds of these pockets.

I am assuming that you are talking about tilt-up concrete walls. A bearing pocket could be formed in such a wall much as it would be the same way it is constructed, use the component in place and model a void form probably a square to create a notch in the concrete. Hope this helps.

I have tried using voids but the problem I run into is that I can't copy them from panel to panel. I was hoping to avoid having to recreate the void 60 times.
