Hello

I have problems with changing colors of furnitures in my 2011 revit. I did the same thing i did while i had 2009 revit, which i click the furniture i want to change color with, click "edit family", then "manage", then "material", pick one of the material and change it to the color i want, click "apply", click "ok", then just to make sure, i go to "paint", then click the material i just changed, and color all table surface with it. And then revit 2011 doesn't let me save the family if it already existed for some reason, so i just go ahead and click "save us"and gave it a new file name.

Then I pick the new family that i just created, and render, still nothing. The color only shows when i click edit family, but once i upload it to use it nothing shows. I'm at lost on what to do.

PROJECT RULES - When you load into project that family check in Materials (in Project) what texture (color) you have assigned to that family....
