We have a large project that is divided into several areas, that we are plotting at 1/8" scale.  When we duplicated the view and created a lifesafety plan at 1/16" all annotations were too large.  I know how to replace text, but how can you create a different, smaller version of a roomtag?

We have also created colors in the rated walls, that we print out.  We created them by filling the 'structure' of the walltype with a color. It works great in the 1/8" scale but is lost in the 1/16" scale.  Is there a way to make it clearer when the scale changes?

 Any advice is appreciated.  Thanks.

You can create additional room tag families.

I doubt you can do anything about your 1/16" rated wall issue.  Just too small of a scale to expect filled walls to show much other than two black lines.  You could select hese walls and change their graphics so that the cut lines are the same colr as your fill.

If we create the additional roomtag family and insert them into the lifesafety plan, does it show up as another room on the schedule?  Can we just replace the ones we use with a smaller version in a different view?

Thanks for the idea on coloring the wall I will try that today.

You can have as many room tag familes as you want and use them independently in any view.  The easy way to do this is to copy your large scale tags and place them same place in you view.  Then select them all and switch them to your smaller version type - all done!
