I have been using a solid black hatch but changing the color in the properties to RBG 192-192-192 to get a screened effect. It seems to have suddenly backfired certain hatches have returned to solid black even though their properties still show the gray color setting. Now 2 hatches side by side with the same properties apear different. I have lost controle.
Any help would be appreciated

Sounds very strange. So they are both the same type filled regions and appear differently??
Sounds like a bug for Autodesk support.

We have also been having issues with hatching. When we export elevations to CAD some hatch is missing others are overlapping with differnt hatches and some are the totally wrong hatch. Even though it all looks correct in Revit. I put in a support request to Autodesk and they are working on it now! It is a huge problem for us though becuase you can't even fix it in CAD becuase it does not recognize the hatch.
