Is there a way to offset a 12x12 wall tile pattern so that the module begins 6" above the floor? We have a 6x12 base followed by 12x12 wall pattern above. I tried doing this with a stacked wall, but Revit will inevitably show the tile pattern module beginning at finish floor regardless of where the actual 12x12 pattern begins.

Do you want the material correct or just visually accurate? I like accurate: I use thin walls for tile. In this case a stacked wall with the lower wall 6" hi and the other tile stacked on that to whatever height you want. After you place this wall agaist your base wall, simply join the two and doors / windows will cut both. BTW - You want the tile pattern to be a model hatch. Then in elevation, you can adjust the patterns in both directions on either part of the stacked wall. If the wall already has the tile finish assigned and the vertical joits will stack between the two tiles, simple adjust the model hatch in elevation (must be a model hatch). To adjust model hatches, click on the hatch line and move it or even rotate it....

If it's a Model Pattern you can select that Model lines pattern with the TAB key and then you can Move, rotate and align....

Thanks! The model hatch adjustment is what I was looking for! I am using model lines, but I couldn't figure out how to talk to the tile joint and not the wall. You simply have to hit tab so that it toggles from the wall to the tile.

I'm trying to do a 12 x 12 tile pattern...floor and wall. The lines are a brick type pattern. It doesn't allow me to save the 8 x 16 block pattern I see and change that to a 12 x 12. I can't pick on my already made 12 x 12 ortho pattern as it just moves all the lines together. I have tried the on line tutorials for a custom pattern and have not been successful. If anyone can help that would be greatly appreciated! thanks!
