I need to layout a complex Kitchen island counter top. All I can find are counter tops that I cannot edit the shapes. Where, which command and how is this done? Thank you Ken

I would do an in-place counter since this is a one-of a kind use.

Sorry I have not used an inplace counter. Where is that command? Thank you ken

"In-Place" is a kind of family in Revit, if you check your HELP menu you will see what is "In-Place" families... If you are using 2010 or 2011 go to Home>Components>Model in-place....
