I am working on a landscape layout for a client.  I have found several Sprinkler families from the various manufacturers that woek well for my drawing.  I am trying to creat a tag and a schedule that will report relevant information:

• tag - item mark
• schedule - spray radius, coverage, etc. (info supplied by the mfgr - parameters of the RFA)

I am easily able to have the schedule report much of the information supplied with the manufacturers' sprinkler family object, however I am stumped on how to create additional parameters to mine the balance of the information I wish to schedule. 

As well, I want to tag the sprinklers to report the Mark.  I have taken the Revit Window Tag and modified it to work with the sprinkler, however I am unable to have the tag reflect the Mark (item number) of the tagged sprinkler. 

I have attached the RFA for the sprinkler, and tag, and a PDF showing the schedule as I have it so far.  If someone out there can offer any suggestions, I would be grateful.
