The detail and sheet numbers will not display on the sheet. The Callout bubbles remains blank. I haven't had a problem in the past. Maybe I missed a small step. I created a section in plan view. Created a sheet. ...and dragged the plan view to the sheet. Normally, the callout bubbles will populate themselves with the detail and sheet number. Does anyone have any suggesstions? Thanks

You have to place the section on a sheet as well. Otherwise how could it possibly know what to fill in the section bubble with?

the plan the section is taken from needs to be placed on a sheet. if not revit does not know what sheet the section is on. because of that it cant fill in the title line. also, depending on the type of section head you use, it could actually place where the section is located in the sheet set. but not where it is taken from in the plan.

A little clarification... I moved the plan view and its sections markers to a sheet but the sections bubbles (after being placed on the sheet)will not populate themselves with any information. Can anyone provide me with a solution?

"You have to place the section on a sheet as well.
