Has anyone had much luck in setting up one central location for all default and custom made materials for sharing over a network? I tried setting a shared folder on our server and moving the accurender files there so everyone could share and have access to all the same materials and textures but for some reason the materials aren't showing up. It seems the only way I can get them to show properly is if I leave them in the 'All Users' folder on each individual computer. Of course this is a real pain when more than one person is rendering the same building and each is creating new materials that need to be rendered. Is anyone else having such problems? Should it be just simply setting the path to a network shared folder in the accurender settings like I think it should? Thanks for your input.....

Shared rendering locations are quite simple to setup. Locate all the bitmaps and textures in a central location on the server. Then in revit add all you file locations to map to all the mlib and plib files in the central location. HTH.
