We are creating 'Ceiling based lighting fixtures' and loading symbols into them to represent a certain type of lighting fixture. When we load this into the model we have to adjust the clipping plane metres above the norm to be able to see the symbol. I.E the symbol appears to be above the ceiling we loaded it into??????? When we create 'Generic model ceiling based' with the same intent this problem goes away. I.E symbol seems to be at the plane of the ceiling we are loading it into. Of course we then don't have other properties that a lighting fixture has for E.G light. Any ideas?
