I want to model a gable wall without using "Edit Profile". Is there any options there? Please help me.

unless you are attaching it to a gable roof, you would have to use some void geometry on the wall. what is the problem with using "edit profile"?

Yes, I attached to the gable roof.

 Thank you.

When using "Edit Profile", The top grip is in wrong place.

when the wall is selected there will be a tab that says modify wall, on that there is a tile that says top/base click attach under that tile and click the wall and then the roof. this will extend your wall to the underside of your gable roof.
