is there a way in Revit to turn a model or 2D line drawing to look like a hand sketch drawing ?

I know it can be done in autodad but not sure if Revit allows to do that as well.

thanks

Short answer: no

Long answer:  You can export Revit views a 2D CAD files and use whatever you would use in the CAD world to sqiggle the lines.

if you are on subscription at the download center you may download Autodesk Impression.... I'm pretty sure it's still free. You can then export DWF formats to Impression and quickly create sketchy hand rendered looks. Super easy program to learn, should take about 20 minutes to figure it out.

As the previous post mentioned Autodesk Impression does a decent job with either dxf or dwg files and is free for subscription customers.

There are other dedicated programs like Squiggle  [do a web search].  You could export as dwg and use Sketchup.

The list is probably endless.
