how can I see RCP outline on plan view? try view range a few times but failed.

RCP is a plan type different than a floor plan. (Reflected) Floor Plan. You create that separately.

wwwhub, thanks, I do show soffit outlines on plan views often, just think there might be a revit way to project soffit lines onto floor plans, w/o ceiling tile grids. simpliest way is to draw 2d dash lines on ceiling plan, make group and copy-paste onto floor plan, but then any changes to ceiling I have to to back and check the line group again. just bad CAD habit.

another way to do this, copy a ceiling plan view, make graphic anyway you want, the overlay on sheet, turn off view title, pin views.
