i think i am missing something here...i have created 5 sheets but I have been adding the project information to it on every new sheet added. Is there a way where I can only do it once and every new sheet added wil have the same info ? revit 13

You have to make sheet template. It is done in Ribbon / New / and there is 4rd from top template for this ... you draw it and than save and when you creating new sheet in project you Load it like in AutoCAD Hope this is what you mean.
