I have a project of 6 levels. 3-5 floors are the same. Does revit provide any function like copy reference in 3d max which allow you only need to change one of them and you can get the other two copies changed at the same time. and about views. if I add 3rd floor view on the sheet, I can i rename it to 3rd to 5th floor without changing the name in the elevation.

If the 3, 4 and 5 levels are the same go to the 3 floor plan view, select all by window then CTRL-C, now go to Modify > Paste and choose "Aligned to Selected Leves" then chose "Level 4 and 5"

I think what you are looking for is a group.

I use copy and phase. I feel not comfortable when making groups in Revit. Many errors will come out later, in my opinion.

Groups work fine as long as you understand some of the techniques that work in Revit. My theory is no hosted elements inside the group and the host outside the group. Use mulitple groups or nested groups to limit placing everything in one large group. i.e. The walls and doors in one group, the furniture in another, the plumbing fixtures in another etc. The more you use groups the easier it is to feel when enough is enough with a group.
