We have a situation where a section cut detail mark placed in a plan view is not showing up with the view range top set to the standard 7'-6".  When we chage the top region to 9'-0", the section cut detail mark shows up.  Shouldn't these symbols show up in the plan view regardless of view range settings or is it similar to the interior elevation markers that need to have the upper range adjusted in order not to show up on multiple floors?  Any response on this issue will be greatly appreciated.
