Hi there. I have been working on a project in revit. The guy that set up the model has since left the company. When I create a camera view and render it all of my masonry comes out as grey rather than having the brickwork effect. If i render from a normal 3d view the materials seem to work fine, its just in the camera view I can't get the materials fo work. I am wondering if anyone has come accross this before and how i can turn on the materials in a new camera view. Thanks for any help you can offer me.

Can you show us images with the render in 3D view and another with the camera view??, Did you try to delete that camera view and create a new one and check if render fine?

Why not run a test by creating another camera view and rendering from that? Not sure what could be set differently.

Thanks for the reply guys. I have attached 2 jpegs, one taken from a camera view, the other from the standard 3d view. As you can see the brick material has only rendered in the standard 3d view. One possible thing that might be relevant, the walls are existing masonry and as they are non-standard we had to draw them witht the 'model in place' function choosing 'walls' for the type of model. Any ideas?

As you can see, we could have helped you much quicker if you had told us the whole story! PHASES are often a problem.

I have been having the same problem. Can you tell me how you changed the phase filters to none please? I found the Phases icon but, I don't know what setting to change in it.

Your phasing is located in your properties.
