We've built all of our ceilings into our model and would like to enable Mechanical to insert lighting, Sprinklers, etc, but they are unable to insert these elements into our linked ceiling because it is a linked model and we have ownership as well. What's the best way to work around this issue?

Some people are going to face based components so that they don't need to own the ceiling or whatever....
