revit can export a sheet with views to a paperspace autocad .dwg. Is there a way to IMPORT a .dwg with paperspace views to create a similar sheet in revit10?

I don't know why you even want to do this and I doubt that anyone else has tried. Sorry.

When consultants do drawings (in autocad), in order to print as one set, you may import their drawings.

Ah... now I understand. I think you will find out that that you will not want to do this. Don't import complete CAD dwgs at all!!! (You will soon find out why not, if you continue.) Keep your consultant's CAD files seperate and leave them in CAD. One solution to this need is to print your files to a combined PDF and have your consultants do the same. Then just use Adobe to combine them.
